J’ai créé Semeio, mon cabinet indépendant, en 2007, après avoir travaillé au sein de cabinets internationaux de conseil en management.
Active depuis plus de 20 ans dans le conseil en stratégie et la gestion du changement, pour des organisations à but lucratif et non lucratif, je me suis engagée dans une transition personnelle et professionnelle pendant deux ans, me formant sur de nouvelles façons d’être et de travailler, reconnectant esprit, corps et cœur.
Je mets désormais en œuvre un ensemble d’outils et de pratiques visant à favoriser le développement d’individus, d’équipes et de dirigeants compatissants et épanouis, via des services interdépendants de formation, de facilitation et de conseil.
La compassion n’est pas une affaire religieuse, c’est une affaire humaine, ce n’est pas un luxe, c’est essentiel pour notre paix et notre stabilité mentale, c’est essentiel pour la survie de l’homme.

I set up Semeio, my independent practice, in 2007, after having worked for international consulting firms.
After 20+ years of strategy and change management consulting, for both for-profit and non-profit organizations, I engaged into a 2-year personal and professional transformation journey to shift toward new ways of being and working, reconnecting our mind, body, and heart.
I am now implementing a body of work to help grow embodied, compassionate and thriving individuals, teams and leaders, providing training, facilitation and consulting services in a variety of interconnected ways.
When we are motivated by compassion and wisdom, the results of our actions benefit everyone, not just ourselves or some immediate convenience.
